RETURNS
We will pay return shipping on any defective item and refund you in full once we receive the item back.
All non-defective returns are accepted for 30 days after delivery. A refund will be issued after we receive your return

Our grades can be found within the title of every Pop! listing Below is a description of each grade and the conditions each allow.
(Factory defects are not accounted in grading, but will be noted)
NEAR MINT (NM)
: Box presents very well with very minimal damage. Acceptable defects are the following: minor scuff that are only visible in direct light, slightly dinged corner, or a small crease in a non-noticeable area.
MODERATE WEAR (MW)
: The box will exhibit at least a few of the following: a tear that is not on the front, mashed in corner, creasing, window damage, or a heavy scratch.
HEAVY DAMAGE (HD)
: More suitable for out of box collectors. Defects can include: tears/cuts, crushed in sides or corners, major creasing or any other defect listed in
NM
or
MW
.
