If we show more than one available the others will be in as good or better condition than the one shown in the listing. This will be put on a solid pallet and crated well for the buyer, similar to last picture shown of another water heater we recently sold and shipped. For sale we have a new RHEEM Series G75-75N-3, 75 Gallon, 75,000 BTU high efficiency commercial water heater with flue transition and manual. This unit is natural gas, and DOES NOT require electricity to be plugged into it to for the pilot to function. This is new and has NEVER had water in it. This unit is highly efficient, covered in several inches of closed cell insulation. Fully functional, but there are some small dings and scratches on the outer casing of this in a couple of places, but NO DENTS on the tank or anything that effects functionality. Inner tank has been checked and is perfect, and all valves and electronics were re-checked and are fully functional as well. Manufactured in 2020, this is not an old unit passed off as new. The least expensive price I could find from an online retailer is 47 plus shipping, and we are only selling for ,700 with FREE SHIPPING to a commercial location only.
