Each fringe is sewn into a matching ribbon color along the top  so that it is easy to attach to a project piece or easy to cut down to a desired length.
Feather length is between 4 to 6 inches in length and sewn in side by side so that they overlap each other a little bit.
These items ship quickly from California and ship the same day or next business day - depending on the time of day that the order is placed.  There is no shipping on Sundays or Holidays.  (Post Office is Closed)
