Description
Plastic disc is in original envelope that has instructions printed on it. This is a very rare and old item from 1942. The envelope is very shelfworn from sitting on a shelf all these years in an old lab. The front of the disc is in perfect condition. The back has a few surface scratches. 5.25" diameter.I will ship securely in a box, not an envelope.
