    The legend key gives capsule descriptions of the current situations in two dozen numbered locations, including Cuba, Iraq, Berlin, Moscow, India, China, Algeria, South Africa, Israel, Cape Canaveral, and a possible Russian rocket-launching center between the Caspian and Aral seas.
